Common Voice-Africa holds discussion on peace progress in Rumbek

Common Voice-Africa on Tuesday gathered forty youth, civil society organizations members and students from Rumbek University and Secondary schools to discuss the progress of the ongoing peace implementation in South Sudan.
 
Professor Kot Kuocnin, Executive Director for Common Voice Africa, said the forum focused on the role of the young people in the revitalized peace in execution in the country, Good News Radio reported.
 
Kuol Masibeer Kucdhal, one the participants, urged parties to the agreement to compromise for peace to prevail in the country. 
 
Another participant, advised youth to refrain from political parties and support lasting peace in South Sudan.
 
Since February, the country has been without governors, legislature and other state functions of government.
