Secretary General of defunct Tonj state told Donbosco radio that the security situation is relatively calm due to governments’ intervention.
Gabriel Awan Makuoch says two days back communities of Awul and Rual-bet clashed leaving five people dead and two others wounded.
He explains the cause of the clash was revenge attack by the community members.
The official mentions government forces were deployed in the area to maintain security.
Awan stresses the two communities agreed to reconcile among themselves.
