Secretary General and chairperson of COVID 19 Taskforce Remijo Hassan Salverio said in their previous meeting, they discussed about the collection of donation to provide preventive items to health personals.
The resolution came in their fourth meeting in Wau.
Hassan mentioned that the donated money will help the taskforce to provide some of the basic preventive items to the front liners because they easily get the virus.
The Secretary-General urged citizens to implement and practice all the preventive measures.
Up to now the state high level Taskforce committee on Coronavirus did not receive any financial support from the national government or National High level Taskforce.
