National government spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth appealed to state leaders to make sure that all orders concerning the travel ban are taken into serious consideration and are implemented.
He explained that vehicles transporting fuel, food and medicines are the only cars allowed to move to any location in South Sudan.
The spokesperson clarified that, vehicles carrying passengers are banned from travelling from one state to another.
