Rumbek town local court has released twenty-five prisoners as one of the preventive measures to control the spread of coronavirus.

Court Chairperson Dhalbeny Makuer Gol explains that the inmates released were those with cases of pregnancies and theft.

He says prisoners with murder and adultery cases will not be bailed out to control tensions among families.

Chief Makuer advises those with court cases to leave their differences and take preventive measures to control Covid-19.
