The Executive Director of Organization for Responsive Governance says delaying the appointments of state governors is a sign of failure and weakness of the Unity government.

Rajab Mohandis says since the formation of the new government the national parliament has not been established and state governors are not appointed.

He adds the national parliament and council of ministers are wings of the government that are supposed to provide and work together with the executive.

The activist stresses South Sudanese are at critical situation where there are a lot of divisions, there is need to unite and reconcile the people of this country.

Rajab calls on the government to form taskforce committee at state level in order to enforce prevention measure especially along the border areas.

The activist appeals to the government to establish the revitalized parliament and council of ministers and the appointments of governors for a complete and functional government of national unity.
