Wau citizens ask authorities to rearrange markets to prevent COVID-19

Citizens in Wau, Western Bahr el Ghazal State are asking local authorities to rearrange markets to prevent corona virus.
 
They asked local authorities to establish a particular place for vegetables and relocating traders in open places of the market, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
 
Some citizens asked the authorities to reorganize traders in markets to avoid overcrowding which can help in preventing the virus.
 
They said it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain preparedness to prevent the virus from affecting people.
 
Voice of Hope could not reach Wau Municipality authorities for comment on the matter.
