He said students who are currently undergoing practicals in various health facilities are at high risk of contracting and spreading infections if not equipped with accurate information on COVID-19.

According to Stephen, learners will be encouraged to carry on with their services at the hospital when they are protected and equipped with knowledge on preventive and response messages over COVID 19.

‘There will no meaning of us saying we have suspended the learning and yet they are also closer to the patients every day so am urging every population, everybody who is served by the students that the students are actually trained they are actually knowledgeable, but they are still substandard they can help in one way or the other, he enlightened the public.

They will also be helpful to you try to respond to them positively when this matter happens try to also link to them, they will give you very good message especially in regard to protection not only COVID 19 also other diseases that may come in anyway’, Stephen added.
