Women leader in Lokoloko IDPs camp says that diseases in camps can spread easily and with COVID 19 being declared as pandemic there is need for awareness raising about the virus.
Antonietta Clement says many IDPs have voluntarily returned home but those who do not have homes to return to are still in the camps.
Clement explains with the spread of corona virus around neighbouring countries it is alarming and people need to take precaution.
The women leader adds in order to get information regarding the virus it’s only through the radio unfortunately many IDPs do not listen to radio.
She adds that it is not only the government responsibility but also community has a great role to take step of making precaution.
