The leader of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement North or SPLM-N Abdul Aziz Adam Al Hilu issued a directed closure of schools at all level and gatherings like sports and ceremonies as protection against coronavirus.
The first secretary of the Nuba Mountains Hassan Mudir told Radio Voice of Peace that the order of SPLM-N chairman is very important and citizens should adhere to the precaution measures.
Mudir called on the public to follow health advices for their good because the region has no capacity to fight coronavirus in case it is confirmed.
He mentioned that the schools, sports activities, ceremonies and any other gathering will remain close as the government monitors the health situation in the region.
