Institutions withhold gatherings to contain corona virus in South Sudan

Church institutions and airline companies are complying with the directive by the presidency to cease gathering as a measure to contain corona virus.
 
Catholic Archdiocese of Juba issued a statement on Monday ordering all parishes and schools to remain closed for the next one month.
 
Earlier ECSS Primate announced suspension of all church activities for the next one month in a bit to combat corona virus.
 
Kenya airways suspended all  its international flights following the same directives.
 
A number of countries in the East African community like Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Kenya have all confirmed cases of COVID 19.
 
There is no confirmed case of COVID 19 in South Sudan despite the fact that all the neighboring countries have confirmed the presence of the virus in their countries.
 
According to world Health Organization, the best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads.
