Lorry carrying food items to IDPs in church overturns in Wau town

A big lorry that was carrying food items to IDPs in the church on Thursday morning overturned and broke down youth centre fence.
 
The driver of the lorry explained that he was carrying food items to the distribution centre at Cathedral, but unfortunately bad road forces his lorry to fall between youth centre and the cathedral.
 
He mentioned that there is no loss of life or injuring because he was alone in the lorry and people were far from it.
 
The driver urged the state municipal council to renovate all internal roads within for the safety of people.
 
Traffic police officer Tafalla Paul said urged all big lorry drivers to follow traffic laws for the safety of drivers and community at large.
 
The speakers made the remark to Voice of Hope Radio on Thursday afternoon in Wau.
