Ugandan Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda while congratulating South Sudan leaders for the initiatives they have taken to restore peace in the country said the peace in South Sudan is also for Uganda and the whole region.
He appreciated the bold decision taken by both Kiir and Machar to restored peace in South Sudan.
Dr Rugunda called upon other political parties who did not sign the peace agreement to join in the implementation of the process for a better South Sudan.
He appealed to the international community to give maximum support to South Sudan to achieve development.
The Ugandan Prime Minister congratulated South Sudan on the peace initiative and urged the country men and women to work for a common goal.
