Youth for Peace organization holds public lecture in Wau

South Sudan Youth for Peace and Development Organization with funding from Australia organized a public lecture in Wau on employment and drug abuse.
 
Organization operation manager, Orach Andrew Jackson, said the lecture is focusing on problems facing young people, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
 
According to Andrew, over 75 percent of youth in South Sudan are facing an unemployment problem.
 
Meanwhile some of the youth who participated in the program expressed their gratitude for receiving such a lecture on issues concerning them.
 
They encouraged all young people to create jobs and not to wait for jobs to be created for them.
 
The lecture which was conducted at the University of Bahr-El-Ghazal brought together youth from different institutions in Wau.
