African Union vows to support principals of Revitalized Peace Agreement

The Head of Peace and Security Council of the African Union or AU vows to support principals of the Revitalised Agreement.
 
Idriss Mohammed Farah, after meeting First Vice President designate Dr Riek Machar said they got good motion on the formation of the transitional government.
 
Farah described the outcome of their meeting with Dr Riek as very good news, noting that the AU will keep on following up the issue of South Sudan.
 
Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs, Tut Gatluak on Wednesday assured the AU that the government will be formed and signatories to the revitalised agreement will keep on respecting the cessation of hostilities as their campaign this year.
 
The two principals are expected to meet on Thursday for the formation of the transitional government.
 
The outstanding issues was a contentious issue between the main principals of the accord, which been resolved by reverting the states to ten according to the president decision.
 
The training of the necessary forces is yet to commence and some forces are to get their materials.
