Brigadier General of organized forces in Tonj Lino Dut Awet Mouter on Wednesday appealed to the entire citizens to cooperate with his forces to address insecurity issues in the state.
For the security to be calm, it needs the collective responsibility of every citizen in the state to cooperate, he told the inhabitants through Don Bosco Radio.
Brigadier General Dut challenged some organized forces to put on their uniforms when carrying out their duties.
It is difficult to identify a soldier and a civilian carrying a weapon due to random movement of soldiers without uniform with guns, he revealed.
Brigadier Mouter warns the youth of putting on bed sheet or any heavy cloths that lead to confuse they organizes forces to identify villagers that brings insecurity in the town.
The officer spoke to Don Bosco Radio in Tonj State on Wednesday.
