Peace makers always achieve their dreams of bringing change and everlasting harmony through suffering and endurance, said Reverend John Skinder, Holy Cross Parish Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek.
He advised South Sudanese to collect their efforts for peace in the country, Good News radio reported.
‘Let us not just be waiting for politicians in Juba to bring about change in our country, all of us who are baptized are called to work for the kingdom of God, to change relationships, love not to hate’, the priest elaborated.
Fr Skinder challenged Christians and peace makers to use non-violent attitude to bring change in the nations.
The catholic priest was giving his homily to the congregation on Sunday at Holy Cross Parish in Rumbek.
