Labour office says it is preparing new plan to be used in 2020 on how employees are appointed.
Director of Labour Office Edward Pacifico Rehan in Wau State says his office is ready to serve government institutions, NGOs, companies and other private institutions.
Pacifico promises that Labour office will continue to listen and resolve complaints from either employer or employee.
He adds that sometimes they transfer some cases which they cannot handle to the court.
He advises both employer and employees to follow their agreement in the contract.
Rehan advises companies, NGOs and other private sectors to consult labor office before and after every end of contract to avoid problems.
The official made these remarks to Voice of Hope Radio on Tuesday at his office in Wau.
