Epiphany means a manifestation and revelation of what has been revealed, Fr Zachariah Angutuwa, Vicar-General of the Catholic Diocese of Yei explained to Christians on Sunday at Christ the King Cathedral.
He said Christians have to make Christ known to the world as its Saviour, Messiah anointed one and a prince of peace, Radio Easter reported.
Fr Angutuwa emphasized that Jesus is also servant of God who is to reconcile, encourage forgive and be humble to one another as Jesus requires.
We want to embrace as worshipers to remain in the Church to manifest and show Messiah to the people, the Vicar mentioned.
He added that the scripture shows the glory of God when Jesus was baptized which means that the holiness of God with glory is above all mankind in the world.
The vicar general explained also that the demonstration of glory and joy to the faithful in the society was done by Jesus when He changed water into wine.
The catholic priest describes Christ Jesus as a star which guides all the people.
