‘Value your freedom’, say inmates

Prisoners in Wau Central Prison say freedom is one of the most important things in life because when you’re free, you can live the way you want.
 
One of the inmates Santino Malet, regrets celebrating the festivities in jail instead of home with his family.
 
He urges people not to involve themselves in any criminal activities otherwise they will face the law.
 
Another inmate Rosa Michael appeals to the people not to take the law into their hands.
 
She adds let the police or local chief handle cases unless if it’s minor they can settle it at home.
 
Captain Regina Arkangelo mentions that the prisoners are learning new skills and other are sent to schools to complete their education.
 
The speakers made the remarks to Voice of Hope radio at Wau Central Prison on Tuesday.
