Head teacher urges students to prioritize prayers before exams

Head teacher of Bishop Akio Memorial Secondary School in Torit Paul Biajo is calling on senior four candidates to put prayers as a major priority ahead of national exams.
 
Speaking during the farewell party on Monday he said every student needs to pass but first pray for success, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
‘It is essential that we are handing you to the nation and from the nation we are handing you to the world the way am standing before you here as a head teacher it is always prayers that can bring us together very close and sensual. I thank you very much especially you the batch of 2019/2020, so handle this in your career that wherever you are facing difficulties as you are going to face examinations, put your interest first in prayers’, he stressed.
 
Meanwhile Father Taban David, Assistant Parish Priest of Sts Peter and Paul Cathedral appeal to Christians to pray for candidates so as to pass exams.
 
‘We as Christians and the others who have heart for this senior fours who are supposed to be waiting to finalize to do their exams who has not been enriched up to this destination and who has not been able to read up to this moment we pray for them there are others who are there and there are others who left for one reason or the other they left school but there are those who have mind to come so it is time here for us to say God thank you, may you help me to finish my exams and pass very highly’, he noted.
 
The Speakers made the remarks during Senior Four farewell at Bishop Akio Secondary School in Torit on Monday.
