The United Nations Security Council says South Sudan parties to the agreement have not made substantive progress on implementing the critical tasks.
In a statement to CRN, the council calls on the parties to make immediate progress on the security issues and the number of states and boundaries.
It threatens to sanction those who intimidate the peace, security, or stability of the country.
The council calls on South Sudan government to disburse the balance of its pledged funds to implement the peace deal in a transparent and accountable manner.
