Engineers from Egypt arrive to Wau

A group of engineers from Egypt landed Wau State with the aim of inspecting the generators and other equipment at the electricity power station.
 
Team leader, Rabi Zaiyat says they started visiting Wau and other states will follow, to make sure the electricity resumes as it was before.
 
Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development, John Peter Miskin says the engineers came to implement the second phase of the contract.
 
He adds that the first phase was building of electricity power station.
 
Wau State Governor Angelo Taban Biajo welcomes the Egyptian delegation to the area.
 
He hopes the people of Wau will enjoy electricity soon.
 
The contract is fully funded by the Egyptian government as support to the government of South Sudan.
