Officer anxious about education of children with disabilities in South Sudan

DARD, Children’s Rights Governance Officer is concerned about the education of children with disabilities in Rumbek and the country at large, saying they deserve equal education.
 
During the celebration of Children’s day in Rumbek, Loc explains that many young people with disabilities are conscious about their education, but in most cases they are left out.
 
Save the Children Field Officer Maker Gol appreciates UNICEF and other partners for supporting the rights of the child in the states and the country at large.
 
Meanwhile, Director General in the Ministry of Information, Samuel Manyang states that it is the responsibility of the government to advocate and create conducive atmosphere for children.
 
The International Day for Protection of Children is observed in many countries as Children’s Day on first of June since 1950.
