Governor of Tonj State Mathew Mathiang Magoordit on Thursday issued a decree relieving Commissioner of Lou County Kuol Akoon Kuol and established two counties.
In a decree announced over Don Bosco Radio, the governor created Majak and Lou Counties.
He reappointed Kuol Akoon Kuol as the Commissioner of Lou County with the headquarter Alabek
Governor Mathiang also appointed Malek Agei Jiel, Commissioner of Majak County with the capital in Majak.
The gubernatorial decrees were effective on Thursday.
