Improvement of university structures needs recognition of the national government, says Associate Professor Ambrose Samuel Jubara, Dean of the College of Veterinary Sciences at Bahr El Ghazal University in Wau.
He explains that all public universities in South Sudan are cheap because they aim at improving the rate of intellectuality and eradication of illiteracy in the country.
Dr Samuel adds that without financial support to the public universities, there will be no way to reduce illiteracy in the country.
The Associate Professor requested the government to come out with the policies in reforming the infrastructures and structures of universities in order to compete with the world universities.
He adds that universities in the world are the back born of every country in the world.
