Hope Society Organization with support from Norwegian Refugee Council on Wednesday organized a second one-day workshop on peace building and conflict resolution and about negotiation and mediation.
Earlier on the month of July, the organization conducted part one of the peace building and conflict resolution workshops as part of the project of arts for peace.
Director for Hope Society Deng Aling said most workshops look on peace at political part, but this one is looking on peace at the side of arts and culture.
He noted that participants will be ambassadors of peace to the societies in Wau after gaining the knowledge.
Aling promised that there will be some performance and urges people to follow and to learn something from the performances.
The workshop conducted at the state ministry of education attracted 135 participants from the youth and women in communities and in POCs in Wau.
