The State Ministry of General Education and Instruction in Tonj State launches Continue Teacher’s Professional Development or CPD designs to improve quality education in South Sudan.
Don Bosco Radio quoted facilitator Karubino Mabith Chol saying the teachers’ training was organized by the state ministry of General Education with support from UNICFE and ADRA.
The training aims at building the capacity of teachers to deliver quality education to children in the state and the country at large.
County Education Director, Justine Lual Mador says the government is working hard to make sure that teachers are trained.
He advises teachers to take the training serious to deliver quality education to the young generation across the country.
The Director General in the Ministry of Education in Tonj State Manyang Atak Athaui advises teachers to learn lesion plan and how to express themselves in front of pupils or students.
The training brought together 50 participates from Tonj State and is expected to last for Ten days.
