MTN manager apologizes for network blackout on Tuesday

MTN Operational Manager in Bahr-El-Ghazal region Reec Lino apologised to the customers over network inconveniences that occurred on Tuesday morning affecting communication in the state.
 
In an exclusive interview with Good News Radio, he says there was a technical problem in Aluak luak station which affected the whole Bahr el Ghazal on Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
Lino confirms that their engineers went to the station and fixed the problem.
 
The Manager explains that the network issue was neither intentional by MTN management, nor state government.
 
He pledges better services to people of Western Lakes State and South Sudan at large.
 
Information Minister Laat Mathou denies rumours from people who think that government shutdown the network due insecurity in the state.
 
The officials made the remarks to Good News Radio in Rumbek on Wednesday.
