Plan International WASH officer in Western Lakes State Thon Makoi Chawul on Monday called on the public to wash hands with soap and clean water for healthy body
He advises people to take health measures by encouraging everybody in the community.
Makoi requests the community to keep hygiene and sanitation in their areas for health benefits.
He says whoever washes his or her hands with soap after touching some objects practices good hygiene in the family.
Makoi called on parents and guardians to take proper care of their children because they like touching dirty objects.
The officials made the remarks during Global Hand Washing Day talk show on Good News Radio on Monday.
