Medical Director in Tonj Civil Hospital James Mathiang Agany on Monday revealed that about seven people have been bitten and died of dog bites since July.
He explained that people do not bring the bitten ones regularly to the hospital, Don Bosco Radio reports.
Director-General in the Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Achok Santo explained that she will wait for the approval of the governor to kill dogs loitering in the town
Achok appeals through Don Bosco Radio to the entire public of Tonj to take care of their children because there are do drugs for dog bites.
Director-General says killing stray dogs is a collective responsibility and the entire public especially youth.
The leaders spoke to Don Bosco Radio on Monday in Tonj State Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries.
