Five arrested over missing 28 million SSP in Rumbek’s Ivory Bank

Police announces arrest of five Ivory Bank staff following the disappearance of twenty-eight million South Sudanese Pounds last Wednesday.
 
Speaking to Good News Radio, Western Lakes State Police Spokesperson Captain Elijah Mabor Makuac says ivory bank management accused and opened a case against their staff for the missing money.
 
He adds that police is investigating the matter.
 
Captain Mabor says the five officials are now waiting for trial.
 
Meanwhile Ivory Bank Rumbek Branch Manager Mangui Dot Duanyran Aciek says let the law take its cost.
 
He advises that the incident should not cause chaos between customers and the bank, promising to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
 
Ivory Bank is one of the commercial banks established in 1994 by a group of South Sudanese business people to serve the people.
