The regular callers of Don Bosco Radio on Tuesday during morning tea program said the station has created a good relationship among young people in Tonj, it neighbouring states and the country at large.
Daniel Mading Deng, from Malou-Peech, said many young people from different states are already friends and it is through radio that there will be promotion of peace among states, Don Bosco radio reports.
Deng Angok a caller from Matar said the radio not only creates friendship, but also changing young people from immoral acts to good citizens in the society.
Deng mention that some young people use to be ignored in the media, but I want to say that ‘we preaching about peace to the communities across the country through our contributions in peace programs’.
Another caller Action Mabeny from Western Lake State said the radio has played big role in peace building by bringing young people from different states together through listeners group.
Deng 4 good, a caller from Mapel said through Don Bosco Radio and others stations, many people became friends.
He mentioned that he has a lot of friends through radio that made him to get connected to them.
