District Governor of Rotary Club in East African countries of Kenya, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Eretria Joe Otia visited Wau on Wednesday.
President of Rotary Club in Wau Joseph Luka Akuar says they are glad to welcome the district governor to South Sudan for first time since his appointment, Voice of Hope Radio reports.
The aim of the trip to Wau is to see how the club is performing and progressing, he explains.
District governor Otia says the Club is focusing on networking and community services.
He expresses his happiness and appreciates the Rotary Club of Wau on the great effort it putting on the Club.
The Club worldwide is under the theme ‘Rotary connects the World’.
Wau Rotary was established in 2017.
