Executive Director for Community Empowerment Foundation or CEF Pasquale Dotaki Paul during the opening ceremony on Wednesday said that the idea existed since 2009.
He explains that they had meeting with the community of Wau to find problems facing the communities and agreed to start a program that can help them after the long war.
Dotaki says they developed ten projects including starting Bright Future Nursery School in 2010 to support people of Wau.
Executive Director notes that presence of the Nursery in the University Bahr El Ghazal premise is one of the biggest challenges facing them.
Pasquale says it is very difficult to transfer them back now because they have 24 classes.
Minister of Education Mario John Nyibang vows that the ministry is working hard to improve services in the state, and that they are ready to work hand in hand with CEF.
