Tree knocks to death Ugandan businessman in Tonj, police confirms

A Ugandan native residing in Tonj State on Thursday was knocked by mahogany while cutting it to get timber.
 
Deng Mabior police investigator explains that the deceased was cutting timbers in the forest 20 kilometres away from the town.
 
Mabior reveals that the Ugandan native was identified as Mawagony Rhoda, a businessman with a machine for cutting mahogany.
 
The investigation is still going on to find out the cause of the death.
 
Deng advises the entire community and citizens to be careful while hiring people to cut timbers to avoid such incidences.
 
The body of the deceased will be taken back to Uganda after clear information from the relatives.
 
The police investigator made the remarks in an interview with Don Bosco Radio on Thursday in Tonj.
 
Don Bosco Radio could not reach town mayor for comment on the matter.
