Wau State Legislative Assembly on Tuesday called on the governor to speed up removal of the Health minister the House earlier gave a vote of no confidence.

Parliamentarians say they are leaving the remaining processes in the hands of the governor to relief the minister, Voice of Hope Radio reports.

‘The role of removing the minister is by the governor’, says MP.

The lawmakers say if the governor did not relief the voted out minister, then he is working with a person that is not recognized by the constitution.

‘The governor has a right to relief his minister’, he says.

The members of the Assembly conclude that they are not going to change their position because the minister violated state and national laws and should be relieved.
