The Acting Governor of Yei River State disclosed on Monday that they will work hard to revive the economy in the state.
According to Radio Easter quoting Yusto Baba Dema assures that the security stabilisation is the government priority, Radio Easter reports.
He said they have formed cross border engagement between Yei River State and five districts in the west Nile Region of Uganda
‘The engagement of cross borders between the Yei and Uganda districts to produce positive results leading to consolidation and strengthening the issue of working relation and mutual interest and benefit in common issues ‘, he explains.
The acting governor promised to maintain good relationship with the sisterly states bordering Yei.
‘The government of Yei River State will promote the issues of economic and social activities by initiating process of interaction to establish common markets at our borders (Torit, Amadi, Maridi and Jubek)’, he says.
The official gave his remarks during the visit of the national health high-level delegation from Juba on Monday.
