Working with children always needs capacity building of the staff dealing with children, according activist on Tuesday while closing one week better service delivery training for personnel and social workers
Bol Isaac Madong said they gained knowledge from the course and would be ready to deliver services successful in emergency times.
The activist added that the staff will be ready to take the knowledge forward for the benefit of the community and to have good work plan.
Some participants said they benefit from the topic of trauma healing because it will help them to work with children in good way.
