Centre for Democracy and Development or CEDED on Wednesday started training women leaders on good governance, leadership, conflict resolution and management in Yei River State.
Program Assistant Victor Alex says the target includes women with disabilities and female leaders from different schools among others in the state.
He says men are included to be gender balance.
Victor claims that women’s voices are mostly ignored in the peace making processes and not being involve in serious indecision making.
The official spoke to Radio Easter on Wednesday during the opening of the training in Yei.
