Be true followers of Jesus Christ by changing their way of living and follow His teachings, Parish priest of St Theresa in the Catholic Diocese of Torit tells Christians.

Father Peter Ben Louis Isoke advises believers to commit their lives to Christ amidst hardships.

‘My brothers and sisters, we are called to walk and listen to Him and to allow His teaching and his word to direct us how we think, the way how we build and the way how we act. This is what it means to be a disciple of Christ so following the Lord Jesus means allowing him to change every aspect of our life so that we clearly reflect his way of living, His way of thinking and his way of doing. We know my brothers and sisters that following someone is not easy’, he stresses.

The Parish Priest quotes Paul the disciple warning Christians to reframe from gossiping or talking ill about one another.

He says gossiping and talking ill about one another is against Christ teaching.

Fr Ben stresses on the need for Christians to commit themselves to God’s teaching amidst crisis.
