The Catechists outlines lack of training center, logistical challenges to facilitate pastoral work, teaching and prayer books.
 
Palotaka Head of Catechist, Kalisto Okoya calls for incentives to help them run certain issues.
 
The Parish Pastoral Council members mention shortage of Priests as another constraint limiting pastoral work in the area.
 
Acting Chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Council, Oringa John Baptist says there is no proper residence for the Priests.
 
He calls on the Bishop to help address the matter.
 
Bishop Stephen Ameyu Martin Mulla promises to address the issue of incentives for Catechists.
 
The Prelate tasks the Catechists to write project proposal to get assistance to address the issue of transport.
