Mowa A Moses says the security is normal except some few incidences on Lasu road and Kupera.
He commends the good job done by the security organs in ensuring calmness in the state.
The minster explains that roads leading to Lasu, Tore and Kaya are all open and many returnees in Lasu are farming.
The official reveals local markets at Lasu, Mugwo, and Morobo counties are open and live is slowly returning to normal.
The minister was addressing the press at the state secretariat in Yei on Friday.
