The Acting Governor of Yei River State says the Revitalized Peace Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan or R-ARCSS was made possible by God through the IGAD mediators.
Radio Easter quotes Yusto Baba Dema, explaining that IGAD thought of the deal due to the hardness in minds and hearts of the people driven by selfishness, greed, disobedience and dishonest.
Baba stresses that the leaders have forgotten the fear of God and many people lost their lives and properties.
The official was speaking on Monday at freedom square during the launch of the dissemination of the Revitalised Peace Agreement in Yei.
