Youth of Western Lakes State complain that some of them who have qualifications lack job opportunity in the state.
Speaking to Good News Radio, Commander Charles says many young people are educated but they are not given the chance to practice the skills they have.
Charles calls on non-governmental organisation working in the area to employ nationals to curb unemployment.
Another citizen Makuer Mabor advises youth to involve themselves in manual work like charcoal burning and agriculture to earn a living.
