Rotary has approved grants of 1.2 million US Dollars to support South Sudan’s effort to end polio.
The money is to purchase a vaccine-preventable disease that paralyzes thousands of children each year.
In a press release to Good News Radio, it says the funding comes as Rotary partners in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative addressing challenges to achieve polio free status in the country.
