Wau Governor on Sunday vowed to resolve the conflict farmers and cattle keepers by conducting a peace conference in the state.
Voice of Hope Radio quoted Angelo Taban Biajo after returning to the state after his from Juba.
He said his visit was to attend the meeting of national council of states for the solution of conflicts between farmers and cattle keepers.
The governor added that they resolved to hold a general conference in Wau that will tackle all issues related to the state.
Governor Taban disclosed that while in Juba, he was happy to hear good things that Wau citizens are people of peaceful co-existence and unity.
He said he is now waiting for the coming of Tonj and Gogrial governors in order to arrange for the conference as soon as possible.
The governor made the statement at Wau airport upon his arrival from Juba on Sunday.
