FAO and partners evaluate success and challenges facing their projects

Food and Agriculture organizations or FAO and its humanitarians partners on last week came together to evaluate the success and challenges facing their projects in South Sudan.
 
According to Good News Radio, the quarterly meeting was under the theme: ‘Working together for food security and peace’. 
 
European Union program manager Paolo Girlando said the meeting was to bringing all humanitarian partners to give recommendations to the implementing bodies.
 
Girlando added that the three days’ forum will help partners to review all rural development project implemented by FAO and its impacts to community in Western Lakes.
 
The manager appreciates that the strong will of the people of South Sudan to accept peace will help partners and the government to support development.
 
Western Lakes Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Ezekiel Thiang Manger, acknowledges the non-governmental organizations working in the country for saving lives of citizens.
 
He admits that when there is peace the development will come in the young nation.
 
Over one hundreds humanitarians organizations across the country attended the forum in Rumbek.
