Governor encourages teachers to do part time jobs

The Governor of Kapoeta State has advised teachers to do part-timing in several schools in order to earn reliable income.
 
Louis Lobong Lojore was addressing hundreds of students and teachers on Sunday at Saint Bakhita Secondary school Silver Jubilee in Narus County.
 
He said teachers should work hard in order to earn enough income for their survival.
 
He encourages them to avoid depending on one source of income at this critical economic situation in the country.
 
Narus County Commissioner, Thomas Koteen cites lack of qualified teachers affecting education system in the area. He calls on the state authorities to quickly resolve the matter for future generation.
 
Narus reveals that his county is working hard towards achieving what the community deserves.
 
Nationwide, the economic crises in South Sudan has deeply affected the education sector where many teachers resolve to leave their profession for greener pastures.
 
This has left some schools across the country with none or few qualified teachers.
