The Internally Displaced Persons or IDPs at the protection of civilians site in Juba ask President of The Republic Salva Kiir Mayardit to clear their grabbed homes and implement the recent signed revitalised agreement to make them return back home.
Some IDPs expressed their opinion about the six months extension of the pre-transitional period to November this year.
Angelina Simon says they don’t have a problem with the revitalised agreement and what president Kiir said they just want him to make sure that their occupied houses to be cleared first so they can return home peacefully.
We are wishing to go back home because we had stayed for long almost six years now and we are missing home, she added.
Rose John says that people were extremely happy about the peace deal and none of them have bad hearted against the country or the people.
John adds that the only case is about the people that taken over their houses she asks them to move out from their properties so that they can get back to their normal lives.
The Chairman of PoC three, Tap Lual Abraham says that they did not choose to be displaced their priority is peace to allow them to go back to their places.
He appeals to the parties in the revitalised agreement not to divide people with their problems, he assures the public that their stay in PoC 3 is peaceful and has mixed tribes because they are one people.
The displaced persons welcomed the six-month extension of the pre-transitional period in the revitalised agreement and they were wishing to go back home.
According to the IDP’s comments say that they can’t wait to return to their live among their brothers and sisters out there.
